Lisa R. Busald, MS, CCC-A, Director of Audiology

Lisa R. Busald, MS, CCC-A, received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in audiology from Purdue University.  She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.  She has over 20 years of experience in the field of audiology, particularly in the fitting of hearing instruments.  Married and the mother of two sons, she spends her free time with her family and volunteering at school and church.

Diane G. Gardner, MS, CCC-A

Diane G. Gardner, MS, CCC-A, graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and a Master of Science in Audiology. She specializes in the testing and treatment of balance disorders and is an advocate for hearing conservation. Diane dispenses hearing instruments in our Mooresville office. Married and the mother of two, Diane enjoys yoga, reading, biking, and travel.

Marla L. Rubenstein, MS, CCC-A

Marla L. Rubenstein, MS, CCC-A, graduated from Indiana University and completed her Master’s studies at the Central Institute for the Deaf, Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She has over 20 years of experience in dispensing hearing instruments. Marla finds her work most rewarding when she is working with patients to improve their hearing and ultimately their quality of life. Married and the mother of two, Marla enjoys spending time with family and traveling. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Sneha D. Shah, MA, CCC-A

Sneha D. Shah, MA, CCC-A, received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Audiology and Hearing Science from Indiana University. She specializes in audiological and balance testing. Married with two children, a son and daughter, Sneha enjoys design and décor, shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Katherine S. Higinbotham, AuD, CCC-A

DSC_0011v2Katherine (Katie) S. Higinbotham, AuD, CCC-A, received her Bachelor’s and Doctor of Audiology degrees from Ball State University. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Katie has over 10 years of experience in the field of audiology, with experience in comprehensive audiological evaluations (birth to 99+), and hearing aid evaluations, fitting, and repairs. Married and the mother of three daughters, she spends her free time with her family and friends playing games and camping.
